Free delivery from 150€ in Metropolitan France.
Free click & collect and available the same day at the shop 84 rue Bonaparte Paris 6 (only on opening/business days)
A delivery service by steed is available (Paris intra-muros only).
Free delivery from 400€ in Europe and 600€ tax off for International and Switzerland.

The delivery will be launched the following day for every order made before 2pm from Tuesday to Friday.
The delivery times are established by the shipping company, the average time is  3 to 5 days depending on the day and time of your order, except under particular circumstances (ex. Strikes, lockdown, etc)
The deliveries are done by Mondial Relay or Colissimo, followed by a signature at home or at relay point, these modes of delivery are available for France.
As for Europe and International shippings, the delivery is carried out by Fedex.
The orders passed/placed from Monday to Friday are processed in the 72h following the payment receipt.
The orders on weekends are processed on Monday and in the 72h following the payment receipt.

In the case the item is not available and has to be manufactured, the delivery delay can be extended  from 1 to 3 weeks. Every creation from the Jewelry category are handmade in Paris with precision, so the delays can slightly vary. For the made to order items, please refer to the quotation and shipping times proposed.

Anna Louis owns the right to refuse a delivery in certain zones difficult to access and to modify its delivery prices without prior notice.
CUSTOMS: Prices for orders outside of the European Union are indicated without the taxes.Please note that customs fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination.As you order will be held by customs and you may be asked to pay theses fees and taxes.These fees must be paid by the receiver.

RETURN: If you wish to exchange or return your order, please adress an e-mail to hello@annalouis.com by specifying your order reference number.
You have 14 days after the reception of your purchase to notify us that you wish to return or exchange your purchase.
Please include every initial element in your return parcel, including the bill, the certificate, packaging, accessories, items.
Once your parcel is received back, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you after confirmation that your return or exchange is well eligible.
The return expenses will not be refunded except in the case of a fabrication defect.
Anna Louis owns the right to refuse any return in case of damage or other misuse or wrong manipulation.
